An exciting opportunity to join the Norton Housing and Support Team, based in Leicester.
The Role
The role is varied and fast-paced. In addition to a range of more general office tasks such as the preparation of documents, filing, diary management and the provision of a reception service, the successful candidate will:
- Help to ensure the professional development of our team through the researching, booking and recording of training activities.
- Work alongside colleagues to deliver a range of marketing and fundraising initiatives, including use of social media.
- Provide administrative support to our Tenant Voice Panel.
- Process applications from those looking to receive our services.
This role would suit someone who is organised, resourceful, adaptable and who likes to be challenged in their work. Whilst maintaining the ability to work on their own initiative, the successful candidate will also need to be a strong team player and good communicator. IT skills (an ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook and basic functions of Excel) are also essential.

Hours and Benefits
The role is full time, 37.5 hours per week worked 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday with a half hour unpaid lunch break. It is office based.
