Norton Housing and Support is a well-established Charity, providing high quality accommodation and support services to adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

The Role

Supporting Service Users to better manage their mental and physical health, develop daily living skills, address financial issues, build confidence and self-esteem and develop social networks. The role does not involve personal care.

The successful candidate will have a positive approach to promoting independence, be an effective team player and have excellent communication and organisational skills.  They are also likely to have experience of working in the health and social care sector.

Hours and Benefits

20-25 hours per week are available.  Hours are worked between 8.30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.  Whilst the role is offered on a fixed-term contract up to 31st March 2022, ongoing opportunities may be available for the right candidate.  The salary for this role is £9.09 per hour.
