Contract: Initially 12 month fixed term

We are excited to now have the opportunity to develop a new scheme for vulnerable young women, some with babies, and are looking to recruit an exceptional person to head up the scheme. The scheme is initially being developed on a pilot basis but if successful as anticipated, will be established on a permanent basis. This scheme will provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable young women, enabling them to maximise their independence, maintain their accommodation, and seek and secure appropriate move on accommodation. As Housing Management Officer, you will be responsible for the day to day management of the scheme. You will need experience of housing management in supported accommodation, preferably with vulnerable women, have a positive approach to promoting independence, be an effective team player and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You will also need a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Outlook.
