The Housing Officer role involves working with residents throughout their journey with us. You will be a key contact for housing related advice, signpost women to other local services and ensure that they have a person-centred move on plan in place which maximises their chance of securing long term housing. In addition, the Housing Officer is also responsible for the day-to-day management of our accommodation, ensuring a safe, secure and supportive environment for women and children to live. You will be expected to complete all tasks and work as part of a team in accordance with our values:

We have two roles available, each working between 25 to 30 hours a week. All hours will be between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm. You will need to be willing to work across a minimum of 4 days per week.

Please note that the roles involve working across two Leicester based supported housing schemes, less than 1 mile apart. The successful candidate will need to be happy to move between the locations and will ideally have a driving licence and use of a vehicle.
