Are you:

An Individual, a Business, a Housing Association, a Charity, a Local/Health Authority or an Educator interested in Mental Health?

If so we have some exciting news!

Have you heard?

Norton Housing and Support now provides training services!

We have over 35 years’ experience of supporting people with mental health needs and we are really excited about expanding our reach into the wider community and providing a range of training courses to help raise awareness of mental health.

Everyone has mental health, just as everyone has physical health, similarly many people will experience poor mental health as they will physical health – in fact it is estimated that at any one time 1 in 4 people will experience mental health issues.

Our training courses provide you and your employees with the space and opportunity to talk about mental health in a safe setting. We enable all attendees to come away with the tools and knowledge to support their own mental health as well as that of their colleagues, family and friends.

Did you know

Just 13% of employees say they would be comfortable talking about mental illness at work?

Only 13% of people reported that they live with high levels of good mental health?

Last year, poor employee mental health cost UK employers £42billion?

Our Training Specialist Aleena Gurjar is able to offer a range of bespoke training courses that focus on differing mental health needs for you and your organisation, including; mental health awareness, mental health in the workplace and mindfulness – as part of each course we provide a range of coping strategies to support each individual. These programmes can be used as an ongoing CPD tool or as awareness training.

We are also able to deliver the TWO DAY ADULT MENTAL FIRST AID course ONLINE!

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID training is a globally recognised qualification that awards you with tools to support your own mental health as well as being able to support those around you.
